Like many digital initiatives, projects at Copious often begin with a discovery phase. Through design thinking workshops and customer journey mapping exercises, we work with our clients to uncover the needs of their customers, as well as business goals. With a full understanding of the factors at play, we find ways to connect and align people, processes, and technology for great digital experiences.

Because design thinking is so ingrained in our approach and framework, partnering with the Design+Strategy group was a no-brainer. The group formed in 2010 in Portland, Oregon to serve as a hub of resources, tools, frameworks and advocates of design and visual thinking.In early 2015, we partnered with Design+Strategy to compile the first edition of “The State of Design Thinking Report.” Sourcing feedback from peers and professionals in the digital industry, we gathered insights around design thinking. From challenges and best practices to characteristics and tactics, the report serves as an inspiring look at our landscape today.
