Copious & Zumiez Launches Spanish Experience for U.S. Shoppers
This past month, clothing and gear retailer Zumiez launched the newest facet of their ecommerce experience to offer Spanish content to domestic customers in the US. The move reflects the brand’s commitment to meeting the needs of its diverse customer base, and creating a more cohesive shopper experience across channels and contexts.
Leveraging insights from site traffic and user data, Copious worked closely with Zumiez to develop a strategy and technical solution to support seamless translation in key areas. As one of Magento’s key retailers, the custom solution includes multi-store functionality and translation features to offer ease-of-use for both Zumiez and their customers. The ecommerce experience now offers brand and product content in Spanish to US-based customers with a simple toggle.
After just a few weeks live, the site has already seen a positive trend in user engagement. We look forward to future evolutions of the Zumiez site as we continue to collaborate and create together.
