The travel booking experience is notoriously laborious—but it doesn’t have to be that way. Mexico’s largest domestic airline, Volaris, reached out to Copious to improve their digital brand experience in anticipation of a busy holiday season ahead. Customer journey mapping and design thinking techniques, complemented by iterative user research methods, helped us discover opportunities to streamline the customer experience. The new booking flow we created drives conversions for Volaris, while delivering a more simple and enjoyable online booking experience.
